ServiceMaster Clean and ServiceMaster Restore corporate headquarters purchased the ServiceMaster Cleaning & Restoration by Clean in a Wink franchise in Wichita, Kan., on Friday, Aug. 1. Previously owned by Jerry Winkley, the Wichita facility is the second location in the U.S. to become a branch. Butch Mattson, who has been with the Wichita location for twelve years, will serve as general manager. Under the direction of Dave Rech, director of disaster restoration process and branch operations for ServiceMaster, the local team will continue to provide quality service throughout the area.
“One of ServiceMaster’s core values is to serve customers with excellence. We will continue to provide our customers with the excellent service they expect – just as we have for the last 27 years,” Mattson said.
The new branch, with its service lines in Commercial and Residential Floor Care, Disaster Restoration and Janitorial Services, will bring the company closer to operational realities and create a second lab environment for testing and training on new processes, tools and technologies. The company purchased a Disaster Restoration business in Chantilly, Va., in December last year.
