ServiceMaster Cleaning & Restoration by Clean in a Wink is pleased to announce the hiring of customer service coordinator Janice Trammell as the company readies for its 27th year serving residential and commercial clients throughout Derby and South Central Kansas.
Trammell, who is herself a licensed REALTOR (R), will assist property managers, insurance adjusters and REALTORS (R) to ensure a timely restoration and claims process for both the policyholder and the claims professional.
In addition to dozens of solid professional relationships, Trammell brings years of industry experience and knowledge to ServiceMaster Cleaning & Restoration by Clean in a Wink. As a sales manager for the Certified Restoration Drycleaning Network (CRDN) of Greater Kansas for two years, Trammell improved customer satisfaction while helping insurance professionals reduce costs and close claims quickly – two keystones in the restoration industry. She also worked as executive assistant to former Tramco CEO, her father Leon. The company, which had conveying equipment in 56 countries, was sold two years ago.

Trammell is licensed with Coldwell Banker Plaza Real Estate and volunteers for many local nonprofit agencies, including Habitat for Humanity and the United Way.
