ServiceMaster Clean in a Wink is pleased to welcome Kelly Mansel, marketing representative, to our disaster restoration team.
Mansel, who grew up in St. John, Kan., joins Erica Enstrom as a go-to contact for restoration information and ensuring a smooth claims process for insureds.
“One thing I hope agents know: We have a good service that’s going to provide value for them. I’m here to help all throughout the process,” Mansel said.
Mansel previously worked in the restoration industry and has six years of marketing experience. A graduate of Barton Community College, she focused much of her time on studying psychology and was a substitute teacher in the St. John and Stafford school districts.
Mansel said her career path and experience always pointed her back to a central idea.
“For me, it’s about building relationships with people,” she said.
She looks forward to doing just that as she continues to meet agents and staff. Mansel moved to Wichita last Sept. and said that while she’s still learning how to get around some areas of town, she’s enjoying the opportunities and versatility that “city life” has to offer.
Mansel has 2 sons: Troy, a civil engineer in Kansas City, and Trent, who owns a bricklaying business. She’s looking forward to visits from grandson Mason, 5, and granddaughter Harper, 2.
