Important update: Our COVID-19 response

UPDATED 5/27/20 — As the community continues to deal with the effects of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we at ServiceMaster Clean in a Wink want you to know that your safety, and the safety of our employees, remains our top priority.

As an essential services provider, we are open and available to perform all our cleaning and emergency damage restoration services. We continue to take precautions, including but not limited to: 

  • implementing social distancing best practices on job sites;
  • practicing proper hand hygiene;
  • wearing masks, gloves and other personal protective equipment (PPE) while on a job site, sometimes full PPE as the situation necessitates.

In our office and shop, we’re sanitizing thoroughly and frequently. Many of our staff are working remotely or staggering shifts to provide more social distance for those who must report daily.

WHY WE’RE READY TO RESPOND

We take these precautions to be available for you because we know that a small-scale disaster — such as a flooded basement or a kitchen fire – does not follow human timelines and may occur regardless of current circumstances.

Leaving damage unattended can be a risk of its own (a water leak may turn to harmful mold, for example). That’s why we’re here for you no matter what. 

WHAT YOU CAN DO

While we follow these important steps, we ask that when you schedule or confirm an appointment, you please let us know if ANYONE in your home (or a recent visitor to your home) has been experiencing flu-like symptoms, has a cough, a fever, or has traveled outside the state of Kansas within the last 14 days.

We may still be able to serve you – but will need to take protective measures, including in some cases, the use of full PPE.  This is for the protection of not only our personnel, but also for the customers we may come in contact with at a later point.

We consider it a high privilege to be welcomed into your home or business. Please know, we’ll continue to be here for you even in these unprecedented times.
